This renovation project is situated in the highly desirable Melasovonos area of Tala with breathtaking coastal views. This project allows for bespoke design input for all aspects of the renovation to produce a unique and contemporary home. Currently the drive leads up to a covered basement/garage which will be converted into a self contained apartment. Steps lead up to the pool deck on one side and main entrance on the other. Our plans include modern design touches such as use of glass and steel with decking around the swimming pool which will be designed as infinity overflow to enjoy the views down to Coral Bay and the Paphos coastline.
