The villa was completed in 2003 with upgraded quality
fittings throughout and has the benefit of permanently unobstructed sea and
mountain views from every room in the house. The surrounding area is completed
and there is no chance of blocking your views with surprise new buildings or
for living for years on a building site. Those of you who know the country will
be very familiar with this hazard.
The house is fully double glazed with air conditioning
throughout and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The air
conditioning units also supply hot air in the winter should you require it.
There is provision for central heating and a satellite dish so all English TV
channels can be obtained. All windows
have been fitted with flyscreens.
Downstairs there is an open plan living/dining area both
having patio doors to the front veranda and pool. There is an attractive stone
fireplace complete with living flame gas fire.

You can chase the sun in the winter or the cool shade in the
summer from these two west facing front and east facing rear balconies. They
also both look towards the south and are great places to relax.
The third bedroom on the ground floor is off the hall
opposite the shower room. It overlooks a large patio area with access via patio
doors.
All three bedrooms have fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes
giving ample storage space.
The garden goes all around the house and includes a long
tree lined driveway with covered area for three cars and parking in total for
seven. Many well established specimen shrubs including oleanders, several bougainvilleas and fruit trees
surround the house including oranges, lemons, plums, grapefruit, tangerines,
limes and apples. There are many nice
places to choose from for sitting or eating al fresco. There are several
outdoor taps and an automatic computerised watering system is in place. Outside
there is a large shed which houses the washing machine and where there is also
plenty of storage space for tools, bicycles, etc.
The swimming pool was added in 2008 and is 9m x 4m including
the roman steps. There is also an outdoor solar power shower and fully
operational and equipped pool house.

Their system is 20 times thicker than conventional paint and offers maximum
protection against the elements and against damp and mould (which is a problem
here in Cyprus) and is guaranteed for 10 years.
